My son struggled with his confidence and after going to kids strong for almost two months now - I see the growth. He loves it. If he could he would go everyday of the week!!Also the staff is really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!!!

Great and family oriented

Staff are professional, warm, and great with the kids! I can see the confidence and growth in 8 weeks already!My only feedback and request would be more hands on support when it comes to difficult movements like side jumping on one leg and then the flips in the bars. Stopping my child and correcting him to perform the movement correctly! Otherwise very very happy with kid strong!

The atmosphere and environment! Our experience to date has been pleasant! The interaction our child receives is great! The coaches learn the children by name which helps promote a personal relationship and increase in the child’s desire to participate! Well worth it

Friendly staff

This program is great, very engaging with the children.

Kacy is already talking about coming back. We enjoyed watching her attempt all the exercises. We also liked the involvement of the instructor and incorporating of different life skills and gameplay with the activities.

KidStrong was very professional and kid friendly. The coaches did a great job.
