My 4 year old feels very comfortable & enjoys his time at the facility. I appreciate the staff for answering all of my questions in a timely manner & with professionalism.

Very interactive and family friendly

I think it’s a great way to teach kids teamwork and sportsmanship and character and at the same time teach skills and strength and mental training.

I love the energy of the team, the friendliness, knowledge base, and how gentle, caring, and patient they was with my son. He's so shy, but he was excited about his first class and wanted more. I love the experience thusfar.

I rate KidStrong so highly because I think the overall goal of the program helps kids become more confident and work out with purpose. My only observation at this moment which isnt a negative implication of KidStrong but only a suggestion which is to find alternative ways to limit the distractions from other kids who may not be as attentive during class instruction . This can help other kids stay focused and complete instructional task more effectively.

My son enjoyed his first day and is looking forward to returning. It’s going to be a very good experience for the kids once they’re used to coming and the coaches will be able to get better control and structure. Also smaller classes for the smaller kids if definitely needed

My girl loved every minute of her first class and cried leaving. and because of that, it's a win in my book.

Something different to the area ! We stay an hour away so for her to come and enjoy the new environment was nice . The staff and instructors made her feel right at home .
