The program helps the kids grow in so many ways. I love that physical health and emotional health are both focused on, promoting overall health for our kiddos.For my daughter, who is homeschooled, this is a great Phys Ed class!

Everyone is so nice. They greet you by name when you walk inside. Coaches are always friendly and helpful. Coaches interact with kids on a personal level to help build relationships. Coaches are able to work with kids at their own pace so kids always feel comfortable in class!

Great program !

The staff is amazing at Kidstrong. My son is so sensitive, but he's growing weekly and coming out of his shell. He love it and we haven't missed a week. We completed week 31 this week. Definitely recommend!!!
