I don't think so. We signed up in the spring and started attending when the branch opened in the summer. Had we not already committed to Kidstrong before they opened we probably wouldn't have signed up. Making three different classes with kids in different age groups multiple nights a week was very hard. Shortly after we started we added three additional foster placements to our home. With six children we could not even fit three of the memberships into our budget, much less adding 2-3 more.

Communicate what’s happening with payment earlier another way besides the app; don’t assume everyone will sign up or can access the app.
