Super way to have your kid in an activity that is physical, challenging, improves confidence, etc., but without it being a team sport or a “ballgame” schedule. At my son’s age (5 currently), being part of a class but it being a personal challenge is more engaging for him than a team sport, and with our schedules, it works better than soccer, etc. We also love that it’s year-round and teaches skills/values that transfer to just about anything including just life!Also with our schedules, if we have a conflict with his normal day, I love that we don’t have to skip the whole week — we can easily swap to a different day in the app!

I appreciate the professionalism, patience, and quality of excellence from the coaches. They are all so wonderful. It’s nice to know they care and they work soooo hard! The program is great and it’s really been helpful for my little one. He is truly becoming stronger, braver, and gaining the confidence that he can do this! My only concern is that I feel like he is becoming overstimulated by having so many kids recently in classes. It’s overwhelming to me as a parent, so I do wish that was regulated better. We love KidStrong and we would recommend it to anyone!

The knowledge and friendliness of the coaches really stands out. The kids really respond to them and their instruction and are safe with them which makes all the difference.

Everything but the app is phenomenal! With the app, you can't see everything that is on the website such as the class photos. I also wish the app showed how many make up credits we have and when they expire like if we had to skip a class and cancelled it and have a makeup credit. I find we lose those credits because we're not sure about them. But staff, programming and everything else is fantastic!

Her first class was great, even though she was timid and tired. The coaches did a really good job of encouraging her and even me as the parent! Super excited to keep coming back and watching her grow more confident.
