It’s everything I was looking for in a gym for my toddler. Engaged coaches. Building confidence. Flexibility of class times.It was clean, it was challenging, and he was so excited about half way through the class and came out of his shell quickly. It was also really nice that he could somewhat choose what he wanted to do at the free times.

I absolutely loved seeing how things work! First thing I noticed is the kids are always busy, even when waiting between activities they give them something to do. The second thing I really liked was the kids having eye to eye contact while greeting each other, as someone who struggles in social situations I am glad to see the kids being pushed physically and mentally!

My son was challenged and had fun trying new moves and activities.

Our son struggled with listening and following directions in daycare. Kidstrong was a fun but structured environment to assist with correcting behavior in the classroom. The coaches are engaging snd supportive. It’s a great experience for both kids and parents.

After attending the first class I was really impressed on how the coaches communicated with the children. Also how mindful the children were of each other. I know my son will improve!
