It’s just such a wonderful concept! Not only giving the kids the benefits of physical exercise, but teaching them how to be a strong leader, a great team player, building great communication skills…just so many things! Building confidence, too! So many important things! My 5yr old just loves all things KidStrong! And I do, too :)

Our daughter loves the activities at Kidstrong. She can be a bit bashful at times, but Kidstrong is helping her to be more outgoing and more interactive with others.

Amazing coaches who actually care to get to know the kids, see their progress, and watch them grow. My five year old has been in kidstrong for almost 2 years and it’s helped him grow physically, emotionally, and socially. My shy two year old has recently started taking classes and has grown so much in his confidence since!

Wonderful staff. Most all employees appear passionate and excited for their work. Great concept. Great facility/equipment. Great protocol(functional based/mechanically sound movement)

Coaches are amazing! The programming has helped our daughter so much since she started. She went from being super shy and being afraid to speak to volunteer to give speeches at school. I also love how you keep the programming fresh - every week there’s something new, so the class never becomes stale. We love KidStrong so much that we just enrolled our 2 year old and he is so excited!

The coaches at KidStrong are amazing. They promote confidence and push these little toddlers to excel while keeping an eye out for safety in all activities. My grandson and I enjoy our weekly visits.
