My daughter has gone from very cautious to very brave. I love these guys.

Adeline loves going every week. We have watched her strength grow and improve. Her confidence has increased. She has been very determined and has an I can do this attitude when it gets really hard.

It has help my child’s development.

Its a great experience for kids to develop motor, teamwork, and communication skills.

I know my son is in good hands with the kidstrong staff in Mandeville. He is learning while having fun and can’t wait to see coach Mercedes and Jasmine on Sundays!

I had an expectation and KidStrong quadrupled how good I thought it was going to be. My kid danced and played the entire time, there were cool learning sessions in between the exercise, but best of all, when it came to bedtime later that night, he fell right asleep whereas there would usually be a three round boxing match!

Kidstrong has been a great experience. The coaches are well-trained and guide their students in a positive and uplifting environment - building confidence, strength and interpersonal skills. The facility is always clean and maintained. The programs are appropriate for the specific age groups. The Kidstrong community is filled with good families that value respect and kindness.

We have been with Kid Strong for several years and have not had any issues or concerns that were not handled or taken care of immediately.
