We had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and they were great with handling that age group of kids! There were enough coaches for how many kids were in the class as well. Very prepared.

It's helped my son get through the toughest year of our lives. I wish there was more control of the kids that don't practice Good behavior or consideration for others but the coaches are amazing with the kids and it's well worth it.

My daughter loves KidStrong so so much! She feels better after class and is so proud of herself. They challenge the kids mentally and physically. I love when the coaches get the parents involved. The kids light up and love it!
