The staff is very supportive our child had a great experience

Everything about this gym/program is amazing and highly satisfying. My kid looks forward to this place every single time which is unlikely of her. All the coaches are more like friends that makes the atmosphere so much fun and likeable for the kids.Special shout-out to Coach Ken, my daughter considers him her bestfriend. Coach Alysa manages and coordinates everything so professionally and smoothly.To wrap up, when I initially got my daughter in I wasn't planning to go long-term but Kidstrong team have convinced us fully and we ain't leaving this place any time soon.

Great experience working with coach Alyssa on sign up. Classes are fun and helps the little ones with social interaction.

They exceeded my expectations, the coaches were super nice and friendly even for my son with special needs, it took him a bit longer to fit in the class but they never stopped trying, they made sure he was feeling comfortable and even being his first class it looked at the end like if he was an expert

We absolutely love going to KidStrong. It’s more than just a workout — it builds confidence, discipline, and resilience in such a fun, encouraging way. Our kids run in excited every time and leave feeling proud of themselves. The coaches are incredible, the environment is positive, and we’ve seen so much growth not just physically, but mentally too. It’s one of the highlights of our week and something our kids truly look forward to.

We are having a great experience, especially considering that my son is autistic. The coaches are very patient while guiding him, and the managers are also friendly and helpful.

All of the coaches are great and both my boys love every class.
