My daughter is stepping out of her shell and trying new exercises and speaking better to others. Just overall confidence.

It has given my daughter confidence and she’s always excited to come to class. She feels empowered to do things. She normally wouldn’t have done before starting Kidstrong.

My son loves KidStrong and the coaches seem to really care about the kids

It was a really fun intro class- love the ideas and activities and love that the kids are encouraged to work on their social skills! My only feedback is I felt like the monitor was a little distracting and the music at times too. I felt it was or could have been a little overstimulating so I would encourage less reliance on the screens and more focused on the coaches fun energy they bring themselves!

The program is great overall.
