Excellent coaches and facility that have boosted my son’s confidence. Whenever he feels nervous or has trouble focusing, the coaches always address it with kindness and help him work through the activities. They are incredibly patient, giving children the time and space they need while encouraging them to learn new skills and try things in different ways.

My son really enjoys his class! He loves seeing all the coaches and I love how they make everyone feel welcome and special.

It’s a great atmosphere and is a phenomenal program for the kids!! We love it here! The only small draw back is large classes and a couple of students whose behavior (not listening, not keeping hands to themselves, etc) can kind of dampen learning and progress for other students who are there to work on each skill you all are teaching.

We started my son here because he was really struggling with self-confidence. He is on the smaller size for his age and wears glasses, he has experienced quite a bit of bullying in school. Not only does Kidstrong contribute to happy endorphins running through his body, but it has completely changed his self image and confidence. He is a different kid than he was last year, largely thanks to Kidstrong, the fun classes and amazing coaches that make him want to continue week after week. The other day we were at a restaurant and he confidently ordered his meal like a mini adult. After the waiter left, I complimented him on how impressed I was was with his ordering and he said “Kidstrong helped me with that”
