My son enjoys going to Kids Strong every week. Since joining, he has developed significantly and gained more confidence, especially in following instructions. He really loves the tasks and activities given to him and enjoys playing and interacting with his fellow Kids Strong friends. We’re very happy with his progress and the positive environment Kids Strong provides!

I liked how the 45 minutes were planned/designed.

All staff Nd coaches are so friendly and kind.

From my (Dad) observation I do see that the program does teach them important things such as self confidence, following directions in a group, leadership and exercise. Each coach has made us feel so welcomed and I'm very impressed by how this young staff conducts the classes and interacts with both parents and children. We love it!

I love everything about KidStrong in McKinney. The coaches are all amazing and gave a very warm welcome to my 1 year old son. They are patient with the kids and love what they do! We are now members of KidStrong and will be returning again Saturday!
