After attending over four years with two grandchildren I can tell they're more confident, their speech improved and they truly enjoy attending classes.

The coaches, the facility, and the overall experience is top notch

It has a great program packed with social, physical and emotional skills for kids. However, it can be frustrating using the app.

Help the kiddos to build their confidence

Our kids love it and we’ve seen growth in both physical strength and endurance but also pride in those accomplishments. We have also seen emotional and behavioral growth and changes. Some of those changes haven’t always felt great (learning to lose or be a good sport is hard!) but on the other side they learned and the coaches helped them through some of those feelings in the floor.

My daughter absolutely loves KidStrong! It has helped her develop so much self confidence! She has also made a lot of sweet friends in her class! Her coaches go out of their way to support her, and they even connect with my little boys even though they are too young to be in their class just yet! I feel like KidStrong has been a great investment in my daughter’s health… physically and mentally!
