Coaches seem to be great with kids and the kids seem to be having fun. The facility is clean and the activities are well organized.

A mixture of everything you do! My son is on the spectrum and was a bit overwhelmed. They helped him out of it several times and he was right back at it! Anywhere that can do that has my 5 stars!

kidstrong was wonderful hoping to return in the future with smaller babies i couldn't be present... i do highly suggest an area for nursing mother or smaller children and watch older siblings through a glass window or so like swimming instructor set up for members with other children so they can still be presd
