Mis hijos les ha gustado mucho el programa y el aprendizaje de comunicación, interactuar, coordinación, disciplina, valores, como ser cordial, saludar, respetar la competencia sana no solo es por ahora si no para el resto de la vida.

We’ve seen our daughter grow so much in her confidence and willingness to try new things. Whenever she faces something she’s unsure of I hear her say to herself, “I am strong. I am brave. I can do this.” Her attitude has improved immensely. Her physical fitness has improved and shows a higher interest in exercise and being active.We’ve also noticed her willingness to take on forms of leadership. Her communication, eye contact and manners when talking to other people has also improved immensely. The coaches are great and supportive and we truly feel they’ve got our kid’s best interests at heart. They want to see them succeed and be the most awesome versions of themselves. They always have good and constructive feedback. It’s just an all around great program!

Awesome positive atmosphere, fun authentic coaches, easy process, love the set up and exciting exercises!

My grandson loves his "Ninja Training". He sportsmanship skills have really improved as well as his confidence.

Everyone was so welcoming and the programming was amazing. The coaches did a great job keeping my two year old son engaged and excited throughout the class! He love it and can’t wait to go back!

My son has been enjoying his experience at KidStrong over the last few months. He is three and is really starting to become more independent and confident with each class and needs my help/support less and less. The coaches are very kind, energetic and patient.
