My son had an amazing first experience at Kid Strong and is still talking about it! He had some anxiety in the beginning and they kindly got him through it. My husband and I are very grateful to have found such a great program for our son!

It a fun class but at the same time kids were learning different things. My daughter cant wait to go back to kidstrong.

The coaches did a fantastic job with controlling their tones even with some distracted children. They made exercise fun for my child and they seem to really enjoy what they do.

I feel there needs to be a policy about having younger siblings in the 3's class. It is a liability having babies crawling on the floor with a bunch of toddlers running around when they are learning how to control their bodies. When a younger sibling is on the mat with the parent, they are not able to help, support or pay attention to the child who's class it is. When the parent is dividing their attention, the child tends to act out and requires the coach to Babysit.

The coaches are great with my kids. I’ve seen my children make great progress and socialize with other kids and the coaches. They have a lot of fun too!
