My daughter has so much fun and is making friends at the Kidstrong classes. She enjoys the exercise and is getting stronger.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have Coach Joseph in our lives. His patience and understanding have made a huge difference for my daughter, who has selective mutism. He takes the time to connect with her and makes her feel important, which is no easy feat. His enthusiasm and encouragement mean the world to her. He doesn’t ignore her he challenges her which is exactly what she needs and treats her like everyone else despite her anxiety.
