My family and I took my son to Kid Strong for the first time this week and it was a really good experience. Although the couches talked kind of fast and there was a little distraction from the music and other class, my son was able to follow along well.

The program that is run in Middletown is very kid friendly and keeps them engaged. My daughter talks about her Thursday night class at school almost everyday.

I love how the coaches interact with every student No one is left out. Everyone one is envolved (parents included) we cheer for everyone and we all want the best for our kids. My boys first day and they loved it!!!

The center was very clean! Staff was very friendly and tried every attempt to make my son feel welcome and comfortable. He was very nervous and shy when it was time for the group to come together, but with many positive interactions for him to join the group, he eventually did! :)

My son had a tough time paying attention and following directions but the coaches were incredibly kind and patient. I was anxious about how well he would do with following a class routine, and while he did struggle, Coach Julia assured me that it would get better with time and to remember this was his first class. It was fun for both of us and our little man went home telling his whole family he “had a great workout”. We’re excited for future classes!

Everyone was very communicative about our first class before we arrived. When we were there, Ethan was having so much fun even while being active, the staff checked on me and him and made sure I didn't have any questions. Everyone was friendly and the center was really nice and clean.

The coaches are excellent, the facility is always clean, my kiddo loves it!

They make you and your child feel part of the group right away even though we didn’t know anything thank you

My son can struggle with socializing and new skills but he really enjoyed his time during the class and my close proximity. I appreciated that anytime he didn’t know what to do a coach was close by to jump in and guide him. He was so proud to get his first class award. I most appreciated the well-rounded curriculum, so it wasn’t solely focused on physical achievements but celebrating others and their wins too, as well as group wins. The experience was also clearly well coordinated and routined, which helps my son stay on task and not get overwhelmed.

We signed my 3-year-old up for the free trial, and we loved it so much that we signed her up for the 6-month membership. The coaches were great with all of the kiddos in the class; they were encouraging and provided child-appropriate feedback. I love the structure and way they help kids build confidence.
