Absolutely enjoy our first day. Friendly, professional, & knowledgeable staff, Clean environment.

My granddaughter loves it, the activities are great for the kids, lots of cardio and strength training. The coaches assist the children who are struggling with an activity. The praises and the end of the class are encouraging.

Felt welcome the minute we walked in. Coaches were knowledgeable and interested in learing about our daughter and how to best support her.

The atmosphere was very welcoming and the coaches were outstanding. They helped us and calmed all of my nerves about how my child’s performance was normal for a first time student.

It’s was so much fun and engaging!

Since the beginning, every coach has been patient and builds off the child’s skills to help them exceed at what they are best at. The only downfall is the ranking system changed and the levels up have been taken away from the kids. I think this was an important part that created positive enforcement for the kids to continue to push forward. Excellent staff all around!

My daughter loves KidStrong and in the two months we have been attending has already made tons of progress on her goal (being independent). I'm so proud of her!

I had been looking for a program to help my son stay off games, increase physical activity and help him with communication. He did so good at his trial class, I signed him right up. I see his social and physical growth with every class.

The kids are challenged, but the coaches adjust to meet them where they are and encourage to try their best. It’s creating well balanced kids since it isn’t just about the physical.
