Very friendly and professional staff. The coaches connect very well with the kids.

Moving to Delaware for the first time was a big transition for our family. When we learned about KidStong and all it has to offer I knew it would be a great way for my son to make new friends. He truly enjoys going and is such a big help to his coaches. He's formed bonds with kids and its been great to see how excited he gets each time he moves into the next rank. Now that KidStong offers opportunities for them to handle things like stamps, Ive seen him even more eager to want to raise his rank and keep going. Very grateful for KidStrong.

I like the mixture of soft skills and physical activity

We switched from gymnastics to KidStrong after the first class. My daughter has gained so much more confidence in just a couple of months. She loves learning how strong she is and she looks forward to seeing her friends every week. I’ve also caught her using the affirmation in new, scary situations (like jumping into deeper water at the pool).

Every thing is in point and easy to understandable and complete! The coaches are all awesome and recognize each child personally, we love it!

I like that the coaches are patient with the kids, and that the kids are only competent to improve themselves and that it is a space where the parents can watch them grow and work together safely.

My son loves coach London. She is engaged and always encouraging. Coach Emma is supportive and positive.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The facility is always clean (even with twenty kids running around near the crystal clear glass partition).
