We love KidStrong! My 3 year old enjoys coming to Kid Strong weekly and we have noticed she is stronger and more confident. She even says the affirmations at home. Thanks Kid Strong. 10/10 recommend.

My only experience of negativity has been why some coaches leave, but every member that has worked here has been great. Our daughter looks forward to it and she grew her confidence as a stepping stone to other character building traits.
