We think it’s amazing!However recently the classes have become a bit over full and less enjoyable. We would like to see smaller classes. Other parents are saying the same.

Friendly staff, have seen improvements with my son since he started attending, affordable classes, easy and convenient app to reschedule classes if needed. High, positive energy from all staff. The list is endless of nothing but positive things.

Kidstrong has been such a positive and fun experience for my daughter! We love it!!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Kids Strong. Since joining, both my son have made noticeable progress in his balance, coordination, and overall strength. What really stands out is how the program blends physical development with confidence building, he’s not just getting stronger, he’s becoming more independent and willing to try new things.The coaches are patient, encouraging, and truly invested in each child’s growth. They create a structured yet fun environment that keeps kids engaged while pushing them just enough to improve. I’ve also noticed improvements in his focus and listening skills, which has carried over into daily life.As a parent, it’s incredibly rewarding to see them excited to attend each session and proud of what he can do. Kids Strong has been a great investment in his physical and developmental growth, and I highly recommend it to other families. I wish they open another location as well in Manvel area.

Coach Amy and Coach Jonathan are the absolute best! I’ll honestly be sad when Demi levels up and is no longer in their class. Their patience and energy together are amazing.My daughter LOVES this class- during the week all she talks about is “Coach” and “gym” lol.The only thing I’d recommend is having the coaches’ names listed in the app for each class. It would really help when booking makeup classes on different days so we know who will be leading the session.Other than that, we love KidStrong. I definitely see Demi being here for a long time!

The experience was great all around. They are very interactive with the children and keep them engaged with all the activities. I really love the end where they highlight and award the different children.

Enjoy coming and the coaches are energetic and welcoming. Wish there were more options for Walking to 2 years and that there were smaller class sizes as with adults plus kids in the Sunday class, it's pretty chaotic and full.

I love the interaction and activities. It teaches kids lifelong skills in a safe space
