​I can't say enough good things about the coaches at KidStrong. They bring the best energy every single day and make sure every child gets the attention they need. Watching my two kids grow in confidence while mastering challenging moves like muscle-ups, box jumps, and sprinting has been the absolute best part. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch, and the kids love it!

Because my 3 year old grandson is learning to do things without been scared (at 1st a lil scared to let me go - but once the coach came over to talk to him he was more free to do it himself). I just wish the coaches could help out a lil more with kids if grandparents are a lil sick and can’t Move with the kids but other than that it’s PERFECT..

The coaches are absolutely amazing!! The classes are engaging and they are always planning some new for the kids to try and learn! Both of my kids have done classes here and have loved them and always look forward to going!!

Amazing group of coaches. They are so hands on with my son and he absolutely loves being active. The patience they have and the things they also teach parents is great. Put one in Iowa Colony!
