I love the location and the staff is kind. I would like them to teach the importance of form bc my kid is purposely lazy and won't do it unless checked.

We’ve honestly loved KidStrong. I feel like Coast learns so much every week, especially with body awareness and confidence. He’s more coordinated, listens better, and isn’t afraid to try things that used to feel hard.He gets excited to go and always leaves proud of himself. The coaches are patient and really good with the kids. It’s been such a great experience for our family.

Dasha (Coach) really made sure that my little one feels comfortable and made sure she is engaged from day 1.

My kiddo loves going every week! That alone speaks volumes! The classes are inclusive. The coaches teach, monitor, cheer on, redirect, and keep the class moving! Two points of feedback would be: guiding the coaches in maintaining student attention when giving instructions; and caution the coaches in how and how much they physically handle the children.

Staff is great and my daughter loves the classes.

Since going there everything has been very organized and good communication

The coaches were great with my two and a half year old. He loved it. Their energy, enthusiasm and hands on coaching was exactly what he needed to feel comfortable and have fun. The place is clean.

I love how engaging & positive the environment is. And even though it can be challenging, it is fun & my son wants to keep going!
