My son Jordan has really been enjoying his sessions. His coaches are the best and so motivating. Everyone that I've come in contact with is very friendly! We love Kidstrong!

Everyone at KidStrong are very welcoming and friendly. The coaches are awesome and really good with the kids. Most importantly, my daughter is excited to go every week so I know that she enjoys the class, the workouts that they do and her coaches.

Because this place was highly recommended to me by a friend and we're both not easily impressed. I prayed on it before attending class and I felt "comfort" with proceeding.

Because it was very easy to get clear communication, even with my busy schedule. They are flexible and the amount of coaches per class is great and they were engaged and energized and you can tell they love working with the kids. The class clearly has a curriculum and they teach lessons like taking deep breaths and standing in like for the “food shop” and throwing things away in the trash. Also I loved that they guided the children who wandered a bit because it still sets a framework and ground rules for the class. The awards at the end was very cute as well and helps them feel challenged. Lastly, the cleanliness of the place is amazing!

Staff is firm and fair. My kiddo loves it.

My son absolutely loves KidStrong. He looks forward to it every week. And the coaches are incredible with the kids. My daughter even though she isn’t the biggest fan the coaches have put so much effort and time into helping her feel comfortable.
