Because to me everything was good. The interaction with the kids, the coaches and the installation.

My son had his first class on Wednesday. He was hesitant to go but once he arrived, he was excited! He immediately left his dad and I to join the rest of the kiddos. He’s typically on the shy side and takes a while to warm up to his surroundings but surprised us with his confidence and teamwork. He thoroughly enjoyed the class and we enjoyed watching him have fun! When we left he said “Is tomorrow KIdStrong again?” He’s ready for his next class!

My son, Chris, is autistic. And the coaches were great redirecting him to stay on task.He wants to go all day every day 😆

First class experience was seamless! The team immediately greeted my daughter with open arms and she was very comfortable getting on the mat to warm up. They had plenty of staff members directing the kids. Not only was the staff organized, but they were also filled with energy that matched the kiddos and you could tell everyone was having a blast.

I was impressed with the classes. They were a mixture of showing them great skill values while also letting them be kids and burn some energy. Also, love how the coaches were engaged and encouraging the kids

It’s a good experience for the kids. Especially between the ages 3-5. It’s a good environment for kids to learn how to handle directions, with fun & exercising in other ways that may not be available on a daily basis.
