I can really see how much effort the team put into making this happen—they are truly amazing with the kids! If I had to suggest one thing, it would be the screen. They’ve have such an incredible program that they honestly don’t need it; their talent shines through on its own.

The staff and the coaches are friendly and also well educated. The program is interesting and makes my kids excited.

Kids love screens. They follow the exercises on the screen and it works well. I also liked the awards and sense of achievement they get at the end of the class. I’m just hoping that the subsequent classes vary up the activities!

From my very first visit, I realized that this was the ideal activity for my son at his age.

Overall experience has been positive but have a few areas that could be improved on. I found the class size a bit too large, the kids were running into each other quite a bit. Setting up different activities was disorganized but I assume this will improve with time. Then entrance area is really congested when coming and leaving, taking off boots etc.

I love how Kidstrong encourages kids to participate in the program, but doesn’t push too much if they don’t feel comfortable all while still including every kid that was in class

We’ve tried to stay signed up with a dance studio but it was due to lack of communication, high pricing, lack of consistency among the instructors, and over all low quality of care that caused us to leave them. Activities to develop skills like self confidence building and working with others is something I’d like my kids to be more involved with as I had struggles in those areas as a kid and never developed them until later on in life. Which is turn caused other issues on my life journey. Rating this highly for now. It was only our first class but it’s already been super positive experiences thus far.
