I love the structure, energy of staff, physical nature, and goals of the classesI do not like that you only have 1 cycle to make up a missed class. This can be difficult if kids get sick. I tried to ask for an extension but was told they couldn’t do anything unless I freeze my membership which doesn’t solve the problem. If I have a 6 month membership I should be given more than one cycle to make up a class. With busy schedules and sick kids, this factor alone makes me consider stopping after our 6 months are up.

The kidstrong team is amazing when including every child and adult into a "family oriented" setting. They are there to help empower our children but they do a lot more than that. The motivation, understanding, and care they put in every lesson is very comforting. I know they have my child's back as well as mine. With me being disabled, our coaches have helped and assisted me and my daughter when needed (i haven't given up on myself) and on top of that, no correct shirt size for my daughter, the coaches asked if they could help me design her shirt (cut it, tie it, make it look fancy!) With my arm being disabled, I cannot do that, and it touched my heart so much I cried a little knowing that kidstrong has our back and will help in any way they can. That sealed the deal for us. We feel accepted no matter the situation and are welcomed with solutions for any problem we may have. We love our coaches!!

It was a great experience and my son loved it! The staff and coaches were all so excited and showed they really love kids. Very patient with the kids and helpful throughout it’s not everyday you see coaches/staff who you can tell really love their job.

Our first experience at a class at KidStrong was amazing. The coaches were wonderfully patient and kind to my sensitive kiddo, who takes some time to warm up. They weren’t pushy trying to get him to participate, just gently encouraging and really high energy. They made it so fun, he couldn’t help but participate! We can’t wait for our next class!

The staff at Mt Laurel kidstrong is AMAZING! Each week they are so excited to see all the kids. They check in with each parent after class to give quick feedback & improvements they see in each student. We look forward to our weekly class!
