It's great for kids. The class creates a very social environment for toddlers. There were many activities from running to jumping. I like the affirmation the coaches say and preach throughout the class and the award ceremony is great for strong achievers. . Keep up the good work and keep the activities fun, strong and challenging.

My son was a little nervous in the beginning. They made him feel comfortable. He was having a good old time by the end.

You can really tell how much the coaches care about the work they do. They care about the kids, they care about how well they do, they truly want to see everyone participate and enjoy the class. They just work so hard to make all the kids feel comfortable and confident and I honestly can’t speak highly enough about everyone we’ve met so far.

We had a wonderful experience and the fact that regardless of class size there are no cancelations. That is very important especially with little children who look forward to that time.

Bryson has come so far in our short time at Kidstrong! The coaches are amazing! Classes are goal oriented, promote teamwork & build confidence! We love Kidstrong!

Miles really enjoyed his first class. He did cry when we had to stop between exercises but he loved climbing the boxes! We will definitely be bringing him back
