The stuff is wonderful. I son always looks forward to coming to kids strong every week.

My kids love the class. It’s fun for them, they like that they are getting stronger, and they love ranking up. The staff is great and friendly. We loved coach Lily’s class this Wednesday. We love the seasoned coaches. Sometimes the newer coaches who are training aren’t as high energy. It would be good to make sure all staff have the lead teachers (mentors) energy if they are responsible for teaching the class.
