Love the coaches and the structured classes! Do wish the mat was wiped/swept more frequently and the bathrooms aren’t the cleanest either.

He loves going and loves the coach!

It was pretty expensive and the classes that were more convenient for me were way too crowded and overstimulating.

Take the time to learn about my child’s neurotype and adjust instruction to avoid triggers.We ended up feeling unsafe on the way home several times bc dysregulation after class was so severe. Physical activity is usually calming- but KidStrong made things worse.
