Love the coaches and the structured classes! Do wish the mat was wiped/swept more frequently and the bathrooms aren’t the cleanest either.

It was pretty expensive and the classes that were more convenient for me were way too crowded and overstimulating.

Take the time to learn about my child’s neurotype and adjust instruction to avoid triggers.We ended up feeling unsafe on the way home several times bc dysregulation after class was so severe. Physical activity is usually calming- but KidStrong made things worse.

Limit class sizes, have consistent coaches, lower costs, not charge a fee for freezing membership.

Yes, if they would have made an option for it to be available to freeze my membership just for the summer since the summertime is when we go out and do things with our child.
