The activities they set up for the kids are perfectly age appropriate and my son had so much fun and can’t wait to go back. Such a great program!

I thought it was a very well thought out and effective strategy to make exercising fun for kids. The time went by very fast and my daughter wanted to stay and do some more.My son is very shy and struggled with the coaches putting attention on him. Despite me trying to explain to him why, he was disappointed that he didn’t get to utilize some of the other gym equipment that he was looking forward to. Explain that it was a structured and prepared class and that every time you do different things. But to a seven-year-old that’s a very difficult to understand. Well, I know the goal is to encourage confidence, it might be a good idea to put on an intake survey with the child’s disposition is in regards to being focused on in the class. That way, a child who is more shy will not feel like everyone is looking at them. This is something we just deal with on a regular basis and some days are better than others. I thought the program overall is an excellent program, but a bit pricey especially when I have to drive so far. I would like to have other options for payment if that is even something considered. At my yoga studio you can drop in and pay $15 for a class on any day. Understand that your classes have to be a certain number, maybe if you allow people to go online and book a class the night before paying a larger amount and not having to pay for a month at a time or deal with a requirement for 30 days of cancellation. I just think more options would open the door to people in different economic situations. Especially given the current status of inflation in our country. Overall, I give you five stars for what you’re doing and I can tell that by watching the other kids in the class they really enjoy it. Thank you for giving us opportunity to try it for free.

Love the activities. My son really enjoys it and is very fit and strong and I thank Kidstrong in part for that. We always have fun there

The coaches enthusiasm- especially coach Ryan. Coach David spots our daughter proactively too when he’s at class.The cleanliness of the facility is great too.I haven’t really used the app or had the reason to book alternate class times yet so I rated those midway
