Activities for our children are always based on physical activity, instruction and FUN!! KidStrong is a great environment for all three. What we didn’t expect and are so impressed by was the additional social and emotional focus. KinStrong exceeded our expectations in appropriate physical activity and loads of fun, but built their self-esteem, peer interaction and we were able to meet new local friends. Coach Drew and staff are awesome!!!! The kids can’t wait to go each week. We are also signing up for camp!

The coaches are great- they are knowledgeable and energetic. They can handle the shy/sensitive kids and the hyperactive kids with ease

The classes are great, my daughter has learned a lot in a short period of time. The only thing I see that could be improved is that it could be communicated better to new parents that the expectation is for them to closely watch and guide their very young children rather than letting them run freely and cutting off other children and not following instructions

It's a great program for kids, we love the different exercises and circuits, the positive phrases and the coaches. Big shootout to coach Jake, his classes are always energetic and enthusiastic, he gets the parents to interested and to cheer the kids during the class. He always finds a way to teach positive things to the kids.

Class structure was designed to pack as much as possible without being overwhelming. The kids were always active and did not have to wait in line long to get a turn. Coaches kept instructions clear and simple. Positive communication.

I like the type of activities for the kids. The coaches are engaging and fun for my young son.
