The Kidstrong coaches do a great job of having a disciplined environment and keeping it fun for the kiddos. If you haven’t tried yet, you should definitely test it out. highly recommend!

The curriculum/schedule for 8-11 year olds is great. The kids are all motivated and having fun. I like the caliber of exercises the coaches have the kids doing. The coaches are all great! I love how well they interact with the kids and keep them engaged.

The coaches and managers are beyond friendly & knowledgeable with the kids and their needs. It’s great unique programming for well rounded & healthy kids. We love it!

Love the “curriculum “ my child just has sensory issues so sometimes too loud too hot etc and shuts down
