The coaching staff is great, they're all qualified and knowledgeable coaches with an enthusiastic approach. My son enjoys going to Kidstrong, and feels good about his session after each class. After starting off very shy, my son loves going to KidStrong, I see the progress outside of KidStrong too with him being more social and confident.

It was our first trial, and everyone was very welcoming. My child was a bit nervous at first, but the teachers made a real effort to help her feel comfortable. You can tell that they truly enjoy working with children, which is a big plus.
