Very positive experience for my child and he always feels very affirmed

the coaches were so engaging with the kids and you can tell they loved being there! everyone was friendly and made a point to tell their name and they asked for my name as well. little things go a long way.

My daughter has developed very well, both physically and mentally. She has more confidence, and she knows that I prefer to raise a strong girl rather than have her staring at a tablet all the time.

A well-structured, engaging program with amazing coaches. Isaac is naturally drawn to the physical challenges—especially climbing—and it’s been wonderful to see his confidence, focus, and coordination develop so noticeably.

The coaching is really great, they go above and beyond to make sure the kids are having fun and that they understand the lesson and activities being taught. The classes always have some variety while still being consistent. My son really enjoys going to his kid strong class. Thank you

We’ve always enjoyed the birthday parties at KidStrong, but our experience with their classes has been truly impressive. My son is on the spectrum, and finding group activities where he feels comfortable participating can be a challenge. The coaches here didn't just welcome him; they leaned into the challenge.He just finished his first class in the age 7–9 workout sessions. While it was difficult for him at first, the coaches' consistent attention and encouragement made all the difference. Their support helped him push through the tough moments, and he stuck with it until the very end. He’s already looking forward to going back—we couldn't be more proud or more grateful for this team!

Coaches are great and my son loves coming to KidStrong year after year! Facility is starting to show its age a bit (tape coming up along the floor), so i hope repairs are coming up to keep the facility quality up to the coaching and programming quality.
