Kiddo loves going to KidStrong every week! She is so excited when we arrive, loves the mantra, and extra happy when she gets to help lead a class. It’s a great way for her to build gross motor skills while also learning interpersonal skills. Very happy with the staff and programming. Thank you!

Why is awesome and good for my child

Staff is always helpful and well informed. The classes are structured well and organized. The coaching staff is excellent, they’re enthusiastic about the classes they teach and are supportive and welcoming.Thank you!

New app leaves much to be desired. Like that the prior app allowed for multiple parents to access, could see pictures, could track progress to level / ranking up. Only benefit is the easier scheduling, which is very good. Feels like the new app has sacrificed everything else to make the scheduling easier.With that said, the coaches are all phenomenal and we’ve loved every interaction we’ve had there. Our kids are comfortable and it really feels like the coaches who are always there (esp coach Edward) has basically watched our kids grow up.The work that our kids have put in during the class has made them more confident overall and as parents, we can tell that their gross (and even fine) motor skills are miles ahead of their peers. And the mental exercises and skills (eg. taking deep breaths) have also helped our kids cope with big feelings - KidStrong has given the kids and us parents tools that are impactful beyond the KidStrong session.

This program has done so much for my child's self esteem, I really like that there are constant reviews of the programming and updates! My child loves to know her progress so we wish we could see that reflected in the app. I believe that used to be a feature, but was later taken off?
