I highly recommend KidStrong Natomas! It has been an incredible place for my kids’ physical, emotional, and cognitive development. The program does an amazing job building confidence, coordination, problem-solving skills, and resilience while making learning fun. I’ve seen my kids become more independent, willing to take on challenges, and excited to stay active.The coaches genuinely care about helping children grow, and the environment is positive, encouraging, and family-friendly. Every class gives kids the opportunity to build skills they’ll use both inside and outside of the gym.One area for improvement would be ensuring all coaches actively engage every child, especially those who have attended other KidStrong locations and may already know the routines. Familiarity with the program shouldn’t mean less encouragement or interaction. Every child responds differently, and it’s important for coaches to understand their audience, keep kids motivated, and find ways to make each class feel exciting and inclusive. A little extra enthusiasm and individualized encouragement can make a huge difference in keeping every child involved and challenged.Overall, KidStrong Natomas has been a wonderful investment in my kids’ growth, and I would absolutely recommend it to other families looking for a program that supports the whole child.

The coaches my son has had the pleasure of working with are all fantastic, bringing such positive energy to the class. Coach Trinity and Coach T are especially standout!

It is a program that has delivered what it says. Additionally, it is a clean facility which also feels safe

It’s a new business and it’s a very exciting program for my kids. I’m excited about the summer camp. The technology/app seems to have some issues, but super easy to communicate with staff to work through issues.

My daughter loves it! The coaches so far have been amazing. The facility is nice and clean.

It’s a great facility with nice equipment, the coaches are personable and great with all the kids pushing and encouraging them to be and do their best. I also see the growth in my son in the short amount of time that he has been involved.

My son thoroughly enjoys his classes - I love the facility and the warm greetings . Some coaches are better prepared than others but overall it’s been wonderful!
