Every class is high-energy, but still moves very smooth. Even with 2-3 year olds, the classes structure is easy to follow, and on par with development and cognitive challenges for the age group.

They are very accommodating! So fun, even other parents seem to be great and happy while in class! Coaches are SO interactive and make everyone feel so included. We leave class every Saturday ready to tackle the week! Thank you coaches

The staff is tremendous. Especially coach Miles! He is able to balance his focus with the class while giving more personal attention to those in need. Out sons confidence has skyrocketed and looks forward to every class.

This is a great outlet for kids to channel their energy and learn positive habits as early as they can start walking. The team is incredibly kind and helpful, and work so well with the kids.
