I found the class to be motivating, exciting, and challenging enough for the 2-3 age - It did move quite fast - so hopefully my son will keep up and adjust as time goes on.

My son loves KidStrong! The coaches are amazing and make the classes fun. The programming helps build his confidence as well as teaching him leadership skills, teamwork, and perseverance.

Both Coaches were amazing (Noah & Joe). The gym was clean and staff were inviting. My daughter and I had a wonderful time at KidStrong! We will be back and plan to recommend to our family friends.
