The coaches are incredible with the kids and so patient. They are engaged and make it fun! My son loves going there and I think he learns valuable lessons skills!

It’s just the most fun. Fox is growing and learning at every class. We love coach Miles and Noah!!

For those young ages, KidStrong is where the physical & mental “training” exists while they are “playing” in their mind. Very welcoming and inclusive. This program has been helping to grow our daughters’ personalities, confidence, social skills, emotional control, and discipline in warm, exhilarated environment. They can’t wait going back every week which proves it!

The coaches are great, they do a great job doing the little things like knowing each kids name and and keeping an eye on everyone! My only complaint is the new email system, the original app made it easy to keep track of my child’s progress and see/share pictures. Now we’re waiting on an email that may or may not come to our inbox

My son has learned so much and is much more open. He used to be super shy, but KidStrong has helped him come out of his shelf! We love it!!!

Well, even though this was our first class we enjoyed it. I loved how parents are encouraging to participate which meant I also received a work out. I love the structure of the class and combination of free and structure play.

This program is awesome for the kids . They learn all sorts of athletic skills. They also learn to work as a team. They are encouraged to be active, yet learn skills they can use in other activities throughout their daily life. My granddaughter is worn out by the time she gets home !
