This is an excellent program for kids of all ages . They get constructive exercise while learning and having lots more of fun. The coaches truly enjoy what they are doing. It’s such a clean and friendly environment !

Its great for the kids to get familiar with group activities and partner/team skills also building social skills. It helped me personally as a parent to see exactly what I needed to focus on in my home with my child, so that she could improve positively in those settings.

Great class- my son had so much fun, everyone was understanding and didn’t put any pressure on him his first day, I think it was great for his development physically and socially.
