My child has been involved in KidStrong for almost a year and I see a huge boost in his confidence and strength. He lights up every time I tell him “it’s a KidStrong day!” He is only 2 and I look forward to seeing how much he grows in the years to come.

Coach Alejandro is great! He provides a positive, supportive environment and has a lot of patience!My only complaints about the center is the mats are somewhat dirty at times and there are too many kids in the class- I wish it was capped at 15 or so.
