I do seem to be having trouble with the app. It doesn’t seem to be directly connected with my membership and I haven’t been able to schedule Aidan for his Sunday classes. But since we are consistent and come in every Sunday, the coaches assured that it wasn’t a problem if we did not pre-Schedule him. Would love to have that in my fingertips in the future, though if that can be fixed. The only other thing is it does sometimes feel like the same children are getting up on the podium. Perhaps we just need to come to more classes before Aidan builds up to that point. Aidan is really struggling with confidence right now that’s not to say I want him to get up on the podium just for an artificial boost. He has to earn it! But, if there are any areas obvious to the coaches that we can work on with him, helping him grow and eventually truly earn the podium, we would love to hear about what those areas are that we could work on.

The coaches are great with the kids, especially when they're having big emotions. Miles was great with Tristan when it was Tristan's first independent class.

The affirmations sold me on how beneficial KidStrong can be on a child.

Without question— THE COACHES. Every single coach I’ve encountered has projected the most positive attitude and energy. Every one of them appears to truly love what they do (and that’s not an easy thing to portray day in & day out). And every single coach has been phenomenal at working with children. Just a truly exceptional staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If I could make just ONE critique of the KidStrong program — a 45min class once per wk is too short. Unless we commit to a half-year plan, we’re paying $140/month for just one 45-min class per wk, PLUS a $50 sign-up fee. But it’s not even the cost I have an issue with….I just feel like: 90 mins would be much more fulfilling. But at the very least, give ‘em a full hour.Other than the classes being too short, everything about KidStrong - Nexton has nothing short of exceptional. And if I had a choice (and I do), I’d rather my daughter spend 45mins at KidStrong, than 2 full hours anywhere else.

The couches were amazing. My two boys had such a great class and immediately had me enroll them.

My daughter has always struggled with coming out of her shell and although she’s still a little shy when we first get there she easily comes out her shell once the class begins. She loves it and has so much fun interacting with the kids and coaches.

KidStrong has been life-changing for our kids. He has gained confidence he likely wouldn't have found and continues to amaze us as KidStrong helps him be strong, brave, and capable

Kidstrong has helped my daughter become not only more active and strong , but she is more confident and outgoing in her everyday life. She’s been going to Kidstrong for a few years and I firmly believe it has been a big support of her overall growth physically, emotionally and mentally.
