Kidstrong has helped my daughter become not only more active and strong , but she is more confident and outgoing in her everyday life. She’s been going to Kidstrong for a few years and I firmly believe it has been a big support of her overall growth physically, emotionally and mentally.

KidStrong has been amazing for our daughter’s confidence. The programming combines cognitive, physical, and emotional aspects in such a thoughtful way, and the Nexton coaches do an amazing job of guiding the students while also giving them space to grow and be independent.
