Well I like the structure of the classes and how they interact with my kids. The program involves the parents with high fives and encourage the parents to cheer and cour for the kids when doing reps. I love this location and the coaches/ Trainer.

This program is awesome . Kinsleigh is worn out when it’s time for her to leav. They keep her moving. She’s developed skills that she uses in her gymnastics. It’s also educational. This program is a total package and well worth it. The coaches are a happy group!

It's a great place. My son was non- verbal when we started, he found his confidence and now talks non stop. He still doesn't like talking to strangers but the coaches get him to say his name and they interact with him so well.

We love KidStrong because it’s really building confidence in our 5 year old. I like that he can be paired with 4 year olds as well.

We love the coaches, the emphasis on using their voice and speaking in front of crowds, and the fun environment!

The coaches were great and very friendly. They made my 2 daughters feel very welcome. My daughters loved it so much they want to come back! Very clean environment, and I would highly recommend. I love that the class is structured with instructions on the tv screen. Also the awards and captain for the class are great.

My son has grown tremendously in the time he has been enrolled at KidStrong Nexton. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. He often tells us “I am strong, I am brave, I can do this!”We love watching his confidence grow.

The coaches were amazing with my sons and really helped them when they needed it. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience.
