Enforce class size limits

Customer service was extremely lacking. I paused membership due to schedule conflicts and when I gave notice to cancel I was told that I would still be charged even though it was more than 30 day notice. I made my request clear and the staff completely ignored. I cannot recommend this experience due to the issues in canceling.

Set up a tuition assistance for both new and existing members.

Because it meets my expectations on each of those questions.My kid feels welcome and encourage. He is looking forward for his class each week.

Time is used productively, exercises and skills are age and developmentally appropriate and challenging

My daughter ask me to go to Kidstrong, she loves her coaches and is becoming more independent and confident. I love this program

My 4 yr old LOVES kidstrong

My son loves going and challenging his physical abilities. He is a bit apprehensive or risk adverse when it comes to physical challenges, and I have seen his confidence grow. He loves the music while they perform the courses and he is highly motivated while there!
