I love KidStrong. It’s a great idea and concept, and the coaches are wonderful at pushing the kids in a healthy, positive way. My daughter is always so excited on the days she has KidStrong.

Even before we attended the trial class, the communication with KidStrong coaches and staff was clear and thorough. The studio was welcoming and inclusive. My child LOVED it and so did we. We can’t wait to go back.

I just went on a whim because we were looking for something to do, but it really exceeded my expectations! I loved the adding confidence to kids part of the program

Each member of the staff was warm and welcoming, and accommodating. My grandchildren loved their experience and I look forward to watching their progression. The only thing is I wish you were just a little earlier classes.

I rate kidstrong 100/100 becsuse my son loves it. Its fun for me too! I wish it was an hour versus 45 mins but maybe its a good thing since kids can't focus for too long lol. My son runs his energy out, and the coaches are super sweet and direct the children in a friendly and loving way. Ill be there until its not time to be there anymore.

We’ve had a great experience overall with KidStrong. I truly love that my daughter attends, and I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in both her athleticism and her confidence since starting the program. That alone has made it feel worthwhile for our family. One thing I’ve observed, though, is that the quality of the class can vary depending on the coach. Coaches like Ms. Kendra, who lead with structure and intention, really stand out. Her classes feel organized, focused, and skill-driven, and those are the experiences that keep us coming back. There have been other times where the class felt a bit more like unstructured play, and I left unsure of what specific skills were being developed. In those moments, it’s harder to feel the full value of the membership.Overall, we believe in the program and what it offers. With more consistency in coaching style and structure across all classes, the experience could be even stronger.

I love the content - while there is focus on exercise, I like the confidence boosting, and focus on learning colors, memory, sign language, etc. It's a great overall experience for the kids.
