Kidstrong is great with building self-confidence, getting kids out of their shell and pushing a couple of barriers down. For my daughter, she is a big safety person and an introvert so it allows her to feel more confident, work on social skills, learn to trust another adult apart from her parents, and grow physically strong and skilled. The program is solid and the Coach is amazing. He takes his time to truly coach and know these kids; pushes them within their own personal limits, talks to them, encourages them, and manages to lead a full class without chaos going on and with a full class of kids listening and having fun.

We absolutely love KidStrong north Austin. Special mention to Coach Kat (or Cat?) who my kids adore. The coaches make the whole experience what it is. I love that they know my kids names, and make sure everyone is included and gets some special attention. It is really exceptional. Noa also goes out of her way to welcome us and stop to talk with us at every class. We have done camps, which have all been brilliant too.The app, however, is annoying. Whenever I try to book makeup classes it won’t let me. Communication can be slow on email.I would also say that recently some of the class sizes have seemed to get much bigger - especially the 2-yr old class. With the ability/age difference in that class, the bigger classes have been frustrating for the kids and not as much fun. But the coaches do handle it well.
